These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and w8j ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the w8j website located at https://w8j.pro and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

w8j reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your location.

w8j reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and any winnings associated with such accounts will be forfeited.

To access the full range of w8j services, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must notify w8j promptly if any of your registration details change.

Each individual may hold only one registered account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods to circumvent this rule — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

w8j operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address dated within the past three months
• Screenshot or statement from your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet
• Any additional documentation w8j reasonably requests to satisfy its verification obligations

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. w8j is not liable for delays arising from a player's failure to provide requested documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w8j immediately at [email protected]. w8j will take reasonable steps to suspend the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with the Platform. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

All deposits and withdrawals on w8j are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The Platform supports the following payment methods, subject to availability:

• bKash — mobile financial service
• Nagad — mobile financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — mobile wallet service
• Selected local bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards where supported

Deposits are credited to your w8j account balance within seconds under normal conditions. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. w8j reserves the right to modify supported payment methods without prior notice.

You warrant that all payment methods you use belong to you and that you are the rightful owner of the funds deposited. Using payment methods that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Average processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under three minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the recipient institution.

w8j reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified of the reason for any delay and given reasonable opportunity to satisfy the verification requirement.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed. w8j does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to verified accounts that have completed KYC.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• w8j reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse withdrawals where fraud or abuse is suspected.

w8j offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer details at the time of the promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.

• Using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates money laundering through the Platform
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at w8j staff or other players
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

w8j cooperates with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in Bangladesh and internationally. Suspicious activity will be reported in accordance with applicable regulations.

w8j is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if w8j has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

w8j does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification.

w8j reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• We have reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is subject to an active fraud or money laundering investigation.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

In cases of termination for cause, w8j reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any investigation.

All content on the w8j Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of w8j or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

w8j operates as an entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location before registering or placing bets.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and w8j with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
